Andy Li, President of the Governing Board of the Contra Costa Community College District, will update us on how the system is serving the community and its future capital plans. The Board is considering a bond measure for the November 2026 ballot.

Andy was born and raised in China, and then moved to the US where he earned a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin. He is the founder of the Tri-Valley Chapter of the Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affairs Association (APAPA). In addition to his role at 4CD, Andy serves as President of Civic Leadership USA, a foundation dedicated to empowering and organizing the Asian and Pacific Islander American communities.
